About Habitat Rental Collective

Habitat Rental Collective was born out of a simple need we kept seeing while coordinating weddings and events across Montana: there just weren’t enough thoughtfully designed rental options in the Missoula area.

As an event and wedding coordination team, we were constantly sourcing tabletop pieces, linens, and details that felt elevated, intentional, and appropriate for the Montana landscape. We wanted rentals that felt at home at a ranch wedding in western Montana, a dinner overlooking Flathead Lake, or an intimate celebration in Missoula, but finding those pieces locally was often a challenge.

So, we decided to create them ourselves.

Habitat Rental Collective is a Montana event rental company specializing in thoughtfully curated tabletop rentals and design details for weddings, celebrations, and events throughout Montana.

Our collection is intentionally edited. Rather than offering endless options, we focus on pieces that work beautifully together and add something meaningful to the overall design.

Designed for the Montana Landscape

Montana doesn't need much embellishment. The landscape already provides the backdrop.

Our approach to event design is about creating well-edited moments that complement the natural beauty of Montana rather than competing with it. We look for texture, color, shape, and materials that feel connected to the setting, whether that's a mountain wedding in Big Sky, a lakeside celebration in Polson, a ranch wedding near Missoula, or an intimate dinner in the Bitterroot Valley.

We believe the most memorable tables aren't necessarily the ones with the most details. They're the ones where every detail feels intentional.

Because Habitat grew out of our experience coordinating Montana weddings and events, we understand that rentals are only one part of the bigger picture. We think about how each piece works with the venue, the florals, the linens, the food, the landscape, and the overall guest experience.
